The Methodist Church in China received approval for the grant by private treaty of land for a Church, School and Clinic but now wish to engage in Social Welfare work instead of medical work and have asked that the land may be granted for a Church, School and a Social Welfare Centre. May approval please be given to have the purpose of the site granted to the Society changed from Church, School and Clinic to Church, School and Social Welfare Centre.
